Bistro Manly’s contemporary, laidback elegance and refreshing coastal feel brings a dash of French flair to the heart of Manly. Our restaurant offers an all-day dining menu featuring a selection of French bistro classics and premium fresh seafood. Our bar menu perfect for aperitif o’çlock with our own signature cocktail’s to sip on whilst you bask in the view of Manly beach.
The bright and breezy restaurant resembles a European style brasserie with elegant marble accents, artwork filled walls and pops of pink hues in the cosy booth seating, making for the perfect dinner date or long lunch setting.
Executive Head Chef Ryan Dawson and Sous Chef Toshi Ishihara have collaborated to produce a modern French menu with coastal flavours that feature the beloved classics whilst using quality Australian produce. Graze on a selection of entrée’s including Duck and pistachio rillette or freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters or indulge in a main meal with the most popular choice being our 120-day dry aged bavette, mustard seed salsa verde served with pommes frites.
No one does dessert like the French and Bistro Manly will have diners say ‘Oui Oui’ with choices such as crème brûlée and rum and raisin Bombe Alaska.
At Bistro Manly, you will also find an extensive breakfast menu that is a favourite amongst visitors and locals, and for the not so hungry, drinks and snacks are available from the bar from midday.
Bistro Manly is available for private functions, special occasions and plays host to a number of events throughout the year such as Melbourne cup and Christmas day lunch.
